After the Anthem cruise, the couple flew to St Bart's on James' private jet. Anthem OTS also has RCI's Virtual Balcony Interior cabins (with floor-ceiling 4K UHD screens that receive real-time video streaming from the ship's outside cameras). Compared to the Oasis-class, Quantum-class liners have larger staterooms, more connected cabins (for families with kids) and Studios (designed for solo travelers). The 2015-built Anthem of the Seas cruise ship is the 2nd Quantum-class Royal Caribbean liner, with sisterships Quantum OTS (2014) and Ovation OTS (2016). The bathrooms are a good size, though lacking in storage space. They are decorated in marble and feature a tub and shower combo, with the same generic products you'll find in the non-suites. The way the deck plans for Anthem of the Seas have been designed means that most cabins should be pretty quiet, as public spaces and staterooms are placed on separate decks. A few, however, could be a tad problematic given their proximity to busy or loud amenities.

You can also dial up your night with a glamorous champagne cocktail, topped with Domaine Chandon and sweetened with an Angostura-doused sugar cube. Or sip your way across the Caribbean with a Zacapa rum-spiked daiquiri, shaken hard and double-strained, or a classic Papa Doble, prepared with Bacardi Superior rum, lychee and grapefruit juice. If you’re a fan of the Tom Collins, you’ll find that, too — plus four additional versions that each spotlight a different spirit.
Anthem of the Seas also has an indoor pool available to all guests, which can make a great option for rainy or chilly days. The roof in the indoor pool is technically retractable, although it generally remains closed. There’s also a smaller, shallow pool in the indoor area perfect for kids, as well as two whirlpools. Food and service at the main restaurants, Silk, Chic, American Icon and The Grande, is varied and offers an array of experiences. Anthem provides 200 seats more than Quantum among its main dining rooms. Additionally, more waiters have been assigned to address complaints about service.
Children must be registered and fully toilet trained to take part in activities. There are dedicated spaces for each age group, plus specialized areas like science labs and a theater for enhanced programming. If you are bringing kids with you on your Anthem of the Seas cruise, they will have lots to do onboard. Anthem of the Seas features one of the largest dedicated areas for children on any Royal Caribbean ship.
